Q: Do I have a large selection of color, or wood types to pick from?
A: Yes, We have over 400 laminate colors to choose from, over 100 solid surface colors to choose from and dozens of wood, laminate doors with coordinating re-facing material

Q: Can I get a kitchen island countertop to match?
A: Yes.

Q: Does someone help me pick colors to see if it matches my décor, do you have an interior designer?
A: We have a very helpful staff that is very experienced in dealing with customers and there decisions.

Q: If I do decide to replace my kitchen countertops, how long will my kitchen be in disarray?
A: We like to allow 3 to 5 days depending on what style of top is chosen.

Q: Is there a guarantee that comes with finished remodeling?
A: All of our products and jobs have a limited warranty

Q: Are the countertops stain resistant?
A: With proper care all of our tops our stain resistant

Q: How long of a wait to get started?
A: Depending on what kind of a job you are having done will depend on how long it takes to order the material. Anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks!

Q: Will I get a firm quote before you start the job?
A: You will get an exact price before you sign the contract.

Q: Do you have a payment plan or do you offer financing?
A: We do not have a plan of financing, but we do accept all major credit cards.

Q: Do you ever have sales on discontinued colors or types of products?
A: The companies we buy our materials from are always promoting different sales and promotions that we will honor. We also have in store coupons found in different magazines and newspapers.

Q: Can I take color swatches or samples home to see if it matches?
A: We have many color samples to take home and choose from.

Q: Do you have any references I can call?
A: We have Follow-up-letters that we have mailed to our customers and they have sent back, to let us know how our work is. We have collected them in a book for interested customers to view.

Q: How long have you been doing this?
A: We have been in business for over 25 years.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured.

Q: What if I’m not happy?
A: We will do what ever it takes to complete the job to your satisfaction.

Q: I’m elderly and I live alone. Will your installation people be nice and friendly?
A: Our staff is very professional and extremely friendly.
