Q: Are your bathtub liners custom to fit anywhere?
A: The Tub liners are molded to fit your tub perfect. We take the measurements of your existing bathtub or shower and then we have a liner custom molded.

Q: If I reface my bathtub, will I still have to caulk it?
A: Yes, No caulk will last forever. However we use a contractor grade caulk with a built in fungicide to resist mold and mildew. This ensures the initial caulking longevity in your bathtub.

Q: When I resurface my bathtub, will my sink still match? I don’t want a pink sink and a blue bathtub.
A: We have a choice of 5 tub colors and 13 wall surround colors.

Q: Do you do custom tinting of bathtub liners?
A: No. We do not do any custom tinting.

Q: Does someone help me pick colors to see if it matches my décor, do you have an interior designer?
A: We have a very helpful staff that is very experienced in dealing with customers and their decisions.

Q: Is there a guarantee that comes with finished remodeling?
A: All of our products and jobs have a limited warranty

Q: How long of a wait to get started?
A: Depending on what kind of a job you are having done will depend on how long it takes to order the material. Anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks!

Q: Will I get a firm quote before you start the job?
A: You will get an exact price before you sign the contract.

Q: Do you have a payment plan or do you offer financing?
A: We do not have a plan of financing, but we do accept all major credit cards.

Q: Do you ever have sales on discontinued colors or types of products?
A: The companies we buy our materials from are always promoting different sales and promotions that we will honor. We also have in store coupons found in different magazines and newspapers.

A: We have Follow-up-letters that we have mailed to our customers and they have sent back, to let us know how our work is. We have collected them in a book for interested customers to view.
