Capital City Counters was one of the first companies to offer replacement bathtub liners in Central Pennsylvania. The company can install preformed acrylic liners and matching wall systems over the old bathtub and tile walls. The company’s fastest growing segment is bathtub to shower conversions for customers who want full-size, walk-in showers.

When founder Fred Tonkin established the business, he set specific guiding standards, which the company has embraced through three decades of service: quality materials, pride of workmanship, efficient installation and customer satisfaction. With an ongoing commitment to these standards, Capital City Counters is now a second-generation business led by Fred’s son, Jason.
